Meet the CEO: Nicole Carter

Hey, Dolls! I’m Nicole Carter, the founder and CEO of Carter Girls & CO. This brand was born out of my own struggles as a single mom of two girls, juggling life’s endless responsibilities while trying to feel and be my best self. I knew there had to be a way to simplify beauty and style without sacrificing confidence, so I created Carter Girls & CO to help women like me feel effortlessly put together, no matter how chaotic life gets.
Growing up, I watched my father run Carter Jewelers in Rhode Island while my mother managed an office—both always dressed for success and walking the walk. Their example taught me that even when life feels overwhelming, how you present yourself can shift your mindset and fuel your ambition.
